Jerrold speaks on managing international disputes

Jerrold and Weeraya Kippen attended Ally Law’s global Annual General Meeting in New Delhi, 6-9 March 2019. Misunderstandings regarding the new foreign worker law

The changes to Thailand’s foreign worker law that came into effect over the last few years have significantly liberalized the prior restrictions.

However, some legal commentators have taken this good news a bit too far.
