Olaf Duensing and Jerrold Kippen recently contributed their considerable collective arbitration expertise to the American Chamber of Commerce of Thailand’s bi-annual business magazine publication: Thai-American Business or “T-AB” with an article entitled: “Arbitration: enforcing contracts out side of Thai courts”.
