John joined DUENSING KIPPEN in an "Of Counsel" capacity on 1 March 2012. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2012, John was the Managing Partner of the Tilleke and Gibbins Phuket office. John specializes in property and commercial matters. He draws on more than three decades of client representation experience in Asia-Pacific, including 12 years in Phuket, to provide superior client service in the areas of private investment acquisition, commercial law and private client services, with a focus on leisure property destinations. John graduated from the University of Melbourne (Australia) and then practiced in Europe and the South Pacific, before relocating to Thailand. He has been the practitioner of choice for numerous "high-end" property investors and developers. John is a barrister and solicitor in Australia (1980), Kiribati (1983), the Marshall Islands (1984), Fiji (1989), and the Trust Territories of the Pacific Islands.
