JANTHAMANEE SANGUANSAP
Associate
Janthamanee Sanguansap joined Duensing Kippen in 2022 as an Associate. She has experience assisting clients with their corporate/commercial, real estate, probate, immigration, civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution (arbitration, mediation) matters since 2020.
She earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from Phuket Rajabhat University in 2019. She is a licensed Thai Lawyer.
Janthamanee’s clients include investors, business operators, and dispute parties from individuals and companies based in Thailand and abroad including such names as Levi Strauss, Versuni and Lotus Manufacturing.
The sample recent matters with which Janthamanee has assisted clients are:
- Represented in court to requests to be appointed as the executrix and registered the transfer of the estate of the deceased
- Successfully represented a plaintiff’s client to defend the appeal and enforce to claim compensation for unemployment in the labor case
- Represented the respondents to object regarding the appointment of the Arbitral Tribunal
- Represented to Arbitral award enforcement
- Represented to sale of high-end villas valued at THB 170 M. and advising clients in the acquisition, holding, and sale of real estate in Thailand
- Represented funds transfer from the sale of clients’ assets to foreign countries worth more than THB 20 M
- Advising clients in the registration of the setup company limited
