JOHN HOWARD
Of Counsel
John specializes in property and commercial matters. He draws on more than four decades of client representation experience in the Asia-Pacific region to provide superior client service in the areas of private investment acquisition, commercial law, and private client services, with a focus on leisure property destinations.
He has been the practitioner of choice for numerous “high-end” property investors and developers. John moved to Thailand in 2001 and from 2005 to 2012, John was the Managing Partner of Tilleke & Gibbins’ Phuket office.
In 2012 in John joined Duensing Kippen in an Of Counsel capacity. He graduated from the University of Melbourne (Australia) and is a barrister and solicitor in NSW, Australia (1980), Kiribati (1983), the Marshall Islands (1984), Fiji (1989), and the Trust Territories of the Pacific Islands.
John is a member of the NSW Real Estate Institute, and a Founding Member of the Pacific Legal Network.
