Tippaya Moonmanee has extensive experience assisting clients with their corporate/commercial, real estate, labour law, hotel business, dispute resolution and litigation matters in Thailand since 2010. She earned BA in Law from Thammasat University, Thailand (2006) and LLM from Queen Mary University of London, United Kingdom, majoring in intellectual property law (2010). She received her Thai Lawyer License in 2012 and her Notarial Services Attorney License in 2013. In 2015 Tippaya achieved the Associate Membership (ACIArb) in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Tippaya joined DUENSING KIPPEN in 2010.
