Olaf Duensing is a licensed German attorney and an internationally certified arbitrator (MCIArb) as well as a trained tax law and specialist who has been living and working in Thailand as a consultant since 2001. From 2002 until 2010 Olaf was an Associate Partner with McEvily & Collins specializing in real estate, corporate/commercial and dispute resolution matters from the firm's Bangkok and Phuket offices. Jerrold Kippen is a licensed California attorney and an internationally certified arbitrator (MCIArb) who has been living and working as a consultant in Thailand since 2003. Until launching DUENSING KIPPEN, Jerrold was an Associate Partner and Samui office manager for McEvily & Collins. Of Counsel and licensed Australian attorney, John Howard, is a former Partner with Tilleke & Gibbins (Phuket). John brings over 30 years of high-end complex transactional real estate and dispute resolution experience in the South East Asia/Pacific region to DUENISING KIPPEN. Associate Partner and licensed Thai attorney, barrister and internationally certified arbitrator (MCIArb) Weeraya Imchai, Associate licensed Thai attorney, Tippaya Moonmanee and Associate Pathara Thampatpong complete the core DUENSING KIPPEN legal team.
